The North American organization Dignitas the esports industry, from New Meta Entertainment, has created a new platform called " _FE " dedicated to promoting opportunities and education for women in gambling dedicates.  _FE, led by Dignitas' Vice President for Talent, Heather "sapphiRe" Garozzo, will launch several initiatives over the next three months to improve opportunities for women in gaming, from beginners to Pro and Content Creator
_FE Initiatives Include Educational, Social, and competitive resources. These are made available to beginners, amateur and professional participants as well as content creators. A community site with female game content, a calendar of female game competitions, resources, announcements, and media coverage is launched. In addition, _FE will hold “Industrial Town Halls” to discuss issues affecting women playing games.
Dignitas will also provide free virtual educational seminars for aspiring professional gamers and streamers, as well as social media training, branding, and more. TikTok star Herculyse and former world champion Carolyn "artStar" Noquez are introduced as _FE content creators.

With _FE, we want to ensure that female players have the resources, role models, and a healthy community to empower themselves and nurture their passion as competitors and content creators. “
Dignitas planned the announcement to coincide with Women's Equality Day on August 26th. Other initiatives on the _FE platform include live events, a dedicated Discord community, competitions for women and coworkers, recruiting opportunities and the creation of a women-centric, gaming-centric apparel line.
